I hate cocky attitude of protagonist. Oh yeah what you expect it is Chinese.

It seems the manga is picking up pace again, but like with a lot of “slice of life” mangas, plot development feels very slow and the random twists seem like cheap stunts to keep readers interested. Natsuo has a clear direction in life, but what is the end goal which the mangaka envisioned? Getting on with girl X out of the N+1 girl pool? Natsuo making it big in the world? Kimi no Iru Machi had a weird twist toward the end, but that made ground for the ending. Ichigo 100% (the goto harem manga) included a similar plot device. Domestic na Kanojo could end basically anytime since it’s not clear where it’s going. The mangaka could splice in a fast-forward time skip and give closure in 1-2 chapters, but that kind of kills the journey of the last 200…

Lol, chapter 65 “Pls!Halp! No more wives!”
I like how the writer adds so much to the story that he seems to forget things sometimes. Like the branded poison…
